EpicureDir 1899, page 101, cites a Miss Mary Todd, teacher of cookery with a Diploma from the National Training School of Cookery; her address is given as 10 Basute Road, Fulham, which is in London. This may or may not be the Mary Todd who wrote "Easy lessons on cookery for all classes" whose connections all seem to be Irish.
