Although the title-pages of all three editions of "The Jubilee cookery book" identify the author as Mrs G. Anton, she signs the preface of the 1911 and 1933 versions with her first name and middle initial "Mary A."

      The first seven leaves are unpaginated and include advertisements, the index on pages v-viii, the title-page on page xi and the preface on page xiii. On the title-page is the quotation ""Cookery is become an art, a noble science." # Robert Burton, 1576-1640." The preface, which is dated November 1906, states that the proceeds from the sale of this book will go to the Jubilee Midland Temperance League Bazaar.

      This is a retitled edition of "The Jubilee cookery book" and has the same quotation on the title-page. The unpaginated introductory material includes advertisements, the index on pages iii-vii, the title-page on page ix and the preface on page xi. The proceeds from the sale of this edition were pledged to the Worcester and Hereford N.B.W.T.A. County Union (a temperance union) and local philanthropic work.
