This book is No. 91 of the Early English Text Society Original Series. The German and American publishers are printed on the verso of the half-title, opposite the title-page.
There are two copies at LG: the one catalogued here is bound in brown cloth; the other is bound with an Early English Text Society pamphlet which cites 10s as the price of this title on the pamphlet's first printed page.
Unlike the LG copies, the copy examined at LB has no hyphen between "cookery books" on the half-title.
[Title as 1888 except "Ashmole ms. 1429" is changed to "Ashmole ms. 1439"]
