      In this edition the title-page imprint does not have "printed and published for the Executive Council of the International Health Exhibition and for the Council of the Society of Arts' preceding "William Clowes and Sons Ltd', as does the LCS edition catalogued above.% General comments: The author's discussion centres on the processes of cooking such as roasting, baking and grilling. This work also appears under the title "The principles of cooking' in Vol. IV, pages 163-250, of Health Ex Lib 1884.
