EpicureDir 1909 gives the author's full name and describes her as the Superintendent of Domestic Subjects for the Bradford City Council, with "First all subjects'. Her address is listed as 30 Blenheim Road, Bradford. @Miss Cuff prepared the recipes for a family of seven in Senn's "The people's kitchen",  (see Senn, Charles Herman).
