      No indication is given of this title's number in the series. The first four chapters present arguments for vegetarianism. The fifth chapter is called "What shall I eat?". Then follow "Daily menus for a week for a beginner" and recipes.
      Like "Best penny cookery", "advantages to subscribers for 1893" are cited on page ii of the advertisements. LoEN and OB date the book [1893].
