Miss Parloa's several other cookery books were published in the United States.       The cover-title is "Liebig Company's cook book". Printed on the verso of the title-page is "Copyright 1893, by Liebig's Extract of Meat Company, Limited, London". Pages 3-9 give a history of the meat extract. The following text contains 109 numbered recipes.
      The NNNAM copy is in an uncatalogued box of pamphlets.
