All the recipes are for entrees.
On page ii there is a list of five titles which were to follow "Easy French dishes for English cooks": "Easy French soups for English cooks", "Easy fish entrees for English cooks", "Easy vegetable entrees for English cooks", "Easy French sweets for English cooks" and "Easy French puddings for English cooks". Of these, only "Easy French sweets" appears to have been published.
