      The introduction is dated June 1914 and LB, LoEN and OB date the book [1914]. The text is in four parts: I "The theory of nutrition', II "Practical instruction', III "Diet in uric acid disorders' and IV "Table'. The second part, "Practical instruction', pages 15-108, contains menus and 266 numbered recipes.
