Although I have been unable to compare the texts, it is probable that "Home cookery. Compiled under the direction of the Superintendant of the Leicester Municipal College for Domestic Subjects. Fourth edition.', London: Raithby, Lawrence and Co Ltd, 1911, is an edition of "Home cookery. Compiled under the direction of the North Midland School of Cookery.' BCat Parkinson lists the fourth edition as having 215 pages, the same as the third edition; AbCat January 1977 cites 214 pages.% 2130
