MARSHALL, Mrs Janet Sophia

The entry in EpicureDir 1899 for this author gives her full first names. EpicureDir 1909 records her address as 8 Ravenscourt Park Mansions, London W. A review for "Grandmamma's cakes" in "Queen' magazine of 20 December 1890 reminds us that this writer should not be confused with Agnes Bertha Marshall. @Mrs Janet Sophia Marshall edited the British edition of "365 chafing-dish recipes". See Baird, Edith Harbison, the unnamed American compiler, for a description of that book.
