MATHEW, Mrs Emily de Vere

In several of this author's books she is identified only by reference to her other titles. A review of "Cheap dinner dishes' (on page vi of the advertisements in the second edition of "Cakes and other good things') calls her Mrs Mathew, indicating that she was married. She lived at Felixstowe.

The entry does not note the edition number which suggests that the LB copy was the first edition and that the first and second editions were issued in the same year.
