EARLE, Miss Maude

The entry for Miss Maude Earle in EpicureDir 1899 lists her qualifications as First Diplomas, National Training School, 1891, and her address as London and South-Western Bank, Holloway. As well as "Sickroom cookery and hospital diet' Miss Earle also wrote a 19-page pamphlet called "Some hints and recipes for sickroom cookery', London: Spottiswoode and Co Ltd, 1910. Oddly, in this pamphlet her first name is spelled "Maud' without an "e'.
