This is one of "Routledge's Standard Library'. The contents are the same as for the 1860 edition, despite the change of title. From an inscription in the copy I saw, the publication date may have been around 1870.
[Another edition, 1889]
The BMCat lists an edition of "The family doctor. A dictionary of domestic medicine and surgery ... By a dispensary surgeon. With illustrations' as published London: George Routledge & Sons 1889. The work is given as part of "Routledge's popular library'.

This is No. 1 in the series "Savill's household books'. The British Library copy is very incomplete, with only the title-page remaining. It is possible that this was an unsuccessful attempt to produce a pirate edition of "The family doctor', as the title was evidently taken from Houlston and Wright's "Family doctor'. The BMCat includes the note "No more published'.
