      Date from BMCat. There are two title-pages, one engraved which occupies the place of a frontispiece. Florence Gardiner's brother, an artist who worked primarily in stained glass, supplied the illustrations. (Information from her niece, privately communicated.)
      The book is intended for the use of young married women beginning housekeeping and deals with household expenditure, furnishing, entertaining and general domestic details.
