      1. According to Bitting this and the previous work are nearly always found together, bound as one volume, although they are certainly separate works. The 1st ed. of this work, in common with the previous work, was printed in London by R. Norton in 1653, and published by 'W. J. Gent.' (and written, according to Oxford, by 'W. Jar.').
