The authors of "Middle class cookery book' also wrote "Economical housekeeping by the compilers of the "Middle class cookery book", Manchester School of Domestic Economy and Cookery'. LoEN has the 1891 edition, and OB the 1892 edition. Both were published by Horace Cox. Although the text covers housekeeping in general, there is much on cookery.% 5109
