DODS, Miss Ena M.

Miss Dods was Principal of the School of Cookery, 28 Ward Road, Dundee (there is a prospectus for the school in the 1905 edition of "Practical cookery'). She also wrote "Cookery for to-day', Edinburgh: printed by McFarlane and Erskine, 1924. The preface describes the book as a small, supplementary manual to "Practical cookery'. I have not traced a copy of "a small cookery book containing one hundred modern recipes by Ena M. Dods' costing 4d and advertised as "just published' in the 1912 edition of "Practical cookery'.% 0872
