Bitting 137 cites "The premier cook book: a manual of practical household cookery', London: Frederick Warne and Co, nd. NUCat dates this title [1915], a date which is confirmed by the entry in EngCat. Although I have not seen a copy of "The premier cook book' for confirmation, its subtitle # which echoes the title of "Practical household cookery' # and exactly matching length of 458 pages suggest that it is a retitled edition of the earlier work.% 0930
