The cover-title is "366 vegetarian menus and cook's guide". The beverages specified in the menus sound particularly interesting and delicious; however, the cook's guide, which is arranged alphabetically by recipe, does not provide directions for making every dish in the preceding menus. DLC and LB date this first edition [1885].
