Bertha Roberts wrote an undated, 15-page pamphlet called "Dishes, dainty and delicious made with Cox's Gelatine", a copy of which I have seen in a British private collection.

The preface, which is signed J. and G. Cox Ltd, reveals that this is not the first edition: it refers to "the various editions of this work".
There are 140 numbered recipes organised under the headings "Jellies", "Blancmanges", "Creams and puddings", "Special entremets", "Savouries and aspic jellies" and "Invalid recipes". The recipes are followed on pages 58-59 by "The uses of gelatine in milk cookery" by Lizzie Heritage, reprinted from "The epicure". See Heritage, Miss Lizzie for a description of this author's cookery books.
An advertisement for J. and G. Cox Ltd on page 63 which cites "The lancet" of 1 June 1901 indicates that this edition was published in 1901 or later.
