SCHUR, Edwin

LoEN holds "Progressive simplicity in cake decorating" by the same author. The 104-page, undated book was printed in London by Samuel Temple and Co Ltd. I have not established whether it falls within or without the period covered by this bibliography. It is not cited in EngCat. @Edwin Schur also wrote a short paper called "Flower piping" which he read at the British Confectioners Assocation. LoEN dates its copy [1907].
