      In the introduction the author describes Jungborn as "a sanatorium for natural life and natural cure near Ilsenburg in the Harz... founded by me in 1896'. "The Jungborn dietary' originally appeared as an appendix to the earlier German editions of "Return to nature' before being published as a separate book in German. LB and OB date this English edition [1910].
