K., F.

There is no indication of F. K.'s identity in either "The everyday pudding book' or "The everyday vegetable book'. Could the author be Flora Klickmann (1867-November 1958) who wrote "Fish with forcemeats and flavourings', London: Offices of "The girl's own paper' and "Woman's magazine', [1922]; or is it simply coincidence that Flora Klickmann's nephew refers to her as F. K. on page 8 of the introductory material to "The cottage and the flower patch: the best of Flora Klickmann', London: Mills and Boon Ltd, 1960' Previously a musician, Flora Klickmann began her career in journalism about 1908, not long before the two cookery books by F. K. were published.
