March 30th, 1911.', the compiler hopes that the book "may prove useful to many Bath house-keepers as well as to the funds of the Women's Medical Missions S.P.G.' Printed below the note is "Copies of this book may be obtained of Mr. Simms, of George St., Bath. Price 1/-, or by post 2d. extra.'

      In a note on page 2, which is signed "Margaretta B. King, Barton, Combe Down December 1st 1912.', the compiler says, "The great success of the first edition of this book, by which I was able to hand over more than >40 to the S.P.G., has encouraged me to bring out a second edition. This time I am asking for support in aid of the funds of the Odd Down Institute, connected with the Parish of St. Luke's, Lyncombe, Bath.'% 2341
