    The price of 30s is cited on the first page of publisher's advertisements. The volumes are bound in brown cloth.
    The OB set of volumes is identical to the LoEN set; however, the LB volumes are quarter-bound in green leather and green cloth, with marbled end-papers, and there are no advertisements following page 324 of the first volume. LB dates its set 1875 [1874].
    LG holds the first edition rebound in two volumes. The pagination of the first volume runs [i-iv], [1] 2-324 (there are no half-title and no advertisements); the second volume runs [i-vi], [1] 2-352.
    LCS also holds the first edition rebound in two volumes. Its first volume runs [i-iv], [1] 2-324; the second volume runs [i-iv], [1] 2-352 (there is no half-title in either volume).
