Vicaire 810 cites, BMCat lists as destroyed, and LoEN and OB hold, an unnumbered edition of "100 manie1res d'accommoder et de manger les oeufs" dated 1885. OPo(F) has an undated third edition of "100 manie1res...". The undated, fifth edition, now called "200 manie1res d'accommoder et de servir les oeufs", is at LCF. The tenth edition, entitled "250 manie1res d'accommoder et de servir les oeufs" and dated 1900, is at NNNAM.
