    There are 495 numbered recipes and other items. LoEN, LB and OB date this edition [1881]. The series title, "Ward and Lock's useful handbooks", is printed on the binding.
    There is an undated edition in WYoBCe which I have been unable to examine. NUCat lists an edition in DP dated [1881].
