    This edition was published some time after the author's death on 1 March 1903.
    AIWF 1982 describes an edition which appears to match that described here; however, the entry does not say if the copy at CSfA(SL) is also the thirty-fifth thousand.% General comments: LoEQ has an undated, 200-page edition of "Superior cookery" which I have not seen.% 0219
