Unlike the immediately preceding undated edition, this edition has no end-paper advertisements. The higher price of 7s 6d suggests that it was published later than the 6s edition.% General comments: EngCat cites this work only three times from 1898 to 1959: "The art of pastry and confectionery making', 2s 6d, April 1912; "Pastry-making and confectionery', pages 188, 3s 6d, October 1923; and "Pastry-making and confectionery', pages 192, 3s 6d, February 1929.
NUCat lists a 184-page edition dated [1912] at ICJ, PPF and OCl. It also records at BVaP in Canada a 192-page edition with the same title as the last two cited editions above ("Pastry-making and confectionery including the art of icing and piping...') which it dates [1929'].% 2099j
