This is simply a list of dishes under the headings "Potages', "Poissons', "Entrees', "Rele1ves", "Ro3ts", "Entremets" and "Releve2s". A note on page 3 says that the book was published "for ladies and cooks when arranging a dinner at home... to serve as an aid to the memory, by recalling the names of dishes generally in use and already well-known.'
