This is a reprint of an undated sixteenth-century cookery book left to Corpus Christi College by Matthew Parker, Archbishop of Canterbury, who died in 1575. Pages ix-clxiv are the introduction. The cookery book is reprinted on the recto of pages 3-57 with the editor's notes in red on the facing pages. There is a glossary-index on pages 59-115 and a bibliography on pages 117-124.
