The text is in three parts: "Why all animal food should be abandoned" on pages 9-66; "Nutrition and diet" on pages 67-118; and "One hundred recipes" on pages 119-141. The 100 numbered recipes are based on a diet which excludes not only flesh, fish and fowl but milk and eggs.% American editions: NUCat cites "No animal food, and nutrition and diet with vegetable recipes", New York: Health Culture Co, 1910?, pages 125. Although I have not compared the texts for confirmation, this is likely an American edition of the above.
