    The prefatory notes are dated "Bronallt, Eversley Road, Sketty, R.S.O. January, 1904." In this vegetarian cookery book the authors take a stand against commercial foods which contain preservatives, colourings and artificial flavourings, and against the use of white flour in bread-making. They exclude as ingredients salt and all animal foods except milk, butter and eggs, and advocate the liberal use of uncooked fruit and vegetables. LB, LoEN and OB date the book [1904].
